Nevada: what happens next
The Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC) calculates credits. Under AB 542, NDOC must give a written projection before someone elects the new SB 413 method. Under AB 4, NDOC must compute credits for people within two years of their expiration date.

- Keep the Judgment of Conviction and any program certificates.
- Watch for changes in the February 2027 legislative session.

- Don't pay for "SB 413 filings." Nothing can be applied before the start date.
