  Updated the Nevada SB 413 start date to July 1, 2027. AB 4 (2025 special session) delayed it again after AB 542.

  Corrected how we described who gets the lower Oklahoma SB 1213 rate. Earlier text said "a prior felony conviction." The enrolled bill ties the lower 33/44 rate to offenses listed in 57 O.S. §138(E) (including out-of-state equivalents and juvenile adjudications), not to any prior felony.
