What we collect

When you submit a form we store what you enter (for example, your email for alerts or your details for a case review). We do not save the names or IDs you search for and do not tie searches to you.

Public records

Individual records come from official public data. We tell search engines not to index individual records or search results. Anyone may request removal.

Sharing

If you request a case review, we share your request with a participating attorney. We do not sell alert subscriber lists.

Email

Alerts use double opt-in and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
