New Hampshire prison money & phone fees, compared
What it costs to send money and take calls from NHDOC, using only fees NHDOC publishes, each with its source and date. Where a fee isn't published, we say so; we never guess.

Other official notes
- People can call you, but you can't call in. Set up an AdvancePay phone account through ConnectNetwork (Site ID 222). Messaging and tablets go through the same vendor.
- For email, get the person's address from them directly; they don't have internet access.

Ways to keep costs down
- If NHDOC lists a free option (often a mailed money order), it says so above.
- Fees often step up with the amount; a vendor's checkout screen shows the exact fee before you pay.
- Compare states: all states side by side.
