Wyoming DOC contracts for three adult community corrections facilities (Casper, Cheyenne, Gillette). They provide housing and case management for people on probation or parole, as a sanction or as a transition from prison. Placement is decided by the courts, Parole Board or WDOC.

Apply online, by phone or at a local benefits office in Wyoming. You can usually start the application before or right after release. Bring an ID if you have one; an interview is required.

Wyoming Department of Family Services runs Wyoming's TEFAP program, which supplies free USDA food to local food pantries and soup kitchens for people who meet income rules. Contact them for pantry sites near you.
