Options Vermont DOC names: Access Corrections (Keefe Trust account) (opens in new tab)
Official fees and rates
Not published on the official Vermont DOC page we read. Vendors show their fee before you pay; check it there.
Other official notes
- Deposit to the commissary (Keefe Trust) account online through Access Corrections or by mailing a deposit coupon with a money order. Coupons are in facility lobbies and on the DOC site. Fees may apply.
- That account also funds calls to anyone. VTDOC warns families not to deposit for other people on request; it's often tied to fraud.

Ways to keep costs down
- If Vermont DOC lists a free option (often a mailed money order), it says so above.
- Fees often step up with the amount; a vendor's checkout screen shows the exact fee before you pay.
- Compare states: all states side by side.
