Nebraska: personal mail is delivered on tablets
NDCS scans personal letters, photos and drawings and delivers them on the tablet, using one mailing address in Phoenix, Maryland.
By OutSooner editorial team · Published
Nebraska's corrections department delivers personal letters, photos and drawings digitally on the tablet's "Facility Messages" app. Mail them to the full facility name, Nebraska Department of Correctional Services, the person's name and ID number, P.O. Box 247, Phoenix, MD 21131.
Send copies rather than originals. Money, publications and packages still go to each facility's own address listed by NDCS.
