Official fees and rates
- Checks and money orders can be mailed free with a deposit slip to Secure Deposits - Massachusetts DOC, PO Box 12486, St. Louis, MO 63132; checks have a 10-day hold. Cash deposits are possible through Cash Pay Today, and some prisons have a lobby drop box.

- Massachusetts DOC's preferred method is Access Corrections Secure Deposits: online, in the app, or by phone at 1-866-345-1884 (24/7, bilingual) with a credit or debit card. Fees apply.

Phone calls, video and messages
Official fees and rates
- Calls from the prison wall phones have been free since December 1, 2023, with no cap on the number of calls. The person keeps their own list of approved phone numbers; you can't call in.
- Email works through Corrlinks: you write first and they can reply. Each email costs $0.25, and rejected emails aren't refunded.
