- KDOC uses a single deposit service, Access Corrections: online or in its app, by phone at (866) 345-1884, or with cash at stores through cashpaytoday.com. Service fees apply.
- Money orders can be sent without an account using Access Corrections' money order form. Every deposit must include the sender's name and return address, or it goes to the person's forced savings account.

- The phone provider is ICS Corrections (ICSolutions). Set up a prepaid account free at icsolutions.com or by calling 1-888-506-8407; calls to cell phones need a prepaid account. Calls may be recorded.
Other official notes
- People in KDOC can make collect or prepaid calls but can't receive calls. Your number must be verified and added to their approved call list first.
- For a verified emergency, such as a serious illness or death, call the facility and staff will pass on the message.
