All official mail rules we have for Arkansas

• Since Sept. 15, 2025, regular mail is scanned to tablets. Address it to: Name and ADC number, ARDOC, P.O. Box 25918, Tampa, FL 33622, with a full return address. Use dark ink, not pencil. (official source) (opens in new tab)
• No packages, checks or money orders; items larger than 8.5 x 11 won't be scanned. Legal mail, books and magazines go to the facility, not Tampa. (official source) (opens in new tab)
• Pictures, drawings, or other paper items that exceed 8.5 x 11 inches and non-paper items will not be accepted for scanning. (official source) (opens in new tab)
• If a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage is not included, the mail will be discarded 90 days after it’s scanned. (official source) (opens in new tab)
