What to wear, which ID to bring and what you can carry in, from ODOC's official rules. Pick a prison to add its address, phone and hours. Print it or keep it on your phone.
Before visit day
- ☐ Every visitor submits a Visitor Application (online or paper). Mail paper forms to ODOC, Attn: Visitation Unit, P.O. Box 11400, Oklahoma City, OK 73136-0400, not to the person. (official source) (opens in new tab)
- ☐ Adults get a background check; approval can take up to 90 days. Bring proof of guardianship for minors. (official source) (opens in new tab)
- ☐ Check for lockdowns or cancelled visits: Oklahoma facility status.
