Reentry and transitional housing in New York

Official NY DOCCS housing information, help lines and supervision offices, with a city or ZIP search. Official sources only; no paid listings.

Check with the parole or probation officer first. Any address has to be approved before the move. Being on an official list doesn't mean a home has room, takes your situation, or is approved for a specific person.

NY DOCCS Community Supervision supervises people on parole from area offices in seven regions. The offices listed here come from DOCCS's regional pages.
