Tick what you plan to send and see Delaware DOC's official rules for it before it gets rejected. Pick a prison for its mailing address.

What are you sending?

Vaughn), PO Box 96777, Las Vegas, NV 89193. Legal mail goes to the facility. (official source) (opens in new tab)
  • Use paper no larger than 8.5 x 11 and envelopes no larger than 4 x 9.5. Up to 10 photos (4x6 to 8.5x11). No crayon, highlighter, glitter, stickers, perfume, cash or stamps. (official source) (opens in new tab)
  • Incoming mail must be sent in white envelopes (with the exception of legal mail) and must contain each of the following: a return address, the inmate’s name, and the inmate’s SBI number or Date of Birth. (official source) (opens in new tab)

  • Do NOT mail offenders packages, pornography, cash, stamps, tobacco, or illegal substances. (official source) (opens in new tab)

Write the person's name and ID number only on the envelope; this page never asks for them. Rules change and can differ by prison; the prison's posted rules win. Not legal advice. No sponsors or affiliate links. Last checked .
